Smart Pergolas Designed for Luxury Outdoor Living

The StruXure Pergola X is North America’s leading motorized louvered pergola system, engineered for precision and long-lasting durability. Its patented interlocking louvers and concealed gutter design deliver watertight performance, and built-in smart sensors close the roof automatically when rain begins. As an authorized StruXure installer, Majestic Outdoor ensures your pergola is installed to warranty standards so you can enjoy it for years to come.

Yes, adjustable louvered pergolas typically do require a permit with most townships. We file all construction and/or zoning applications on behalf of the homeowner.

Every Majestic Outdoor louvered pergola is 100% customized to your property’s architecture, dimensions, and how you plan to use it. You can choose from multiple frame colors, louver finishes, and beam styles, then add integrated LED lighting, fans, heaters, screens, and audio. During the design process, we provide 3D renderings so you can see your space before construction begins.

A louvered pergola doesn’t shut out the sun entirely. It gives you control over it. With adjustable louvers, you can choose full sun, partial shade, or complete cover at the touch of a button. The result is an outdoor space that adapts to your lifestyle and the weather, with shade when you want it and open sky when you don’t.

StruXure systems are engineered and tested for real-world performance, with wind ratings up to approximately 65 mph (depending on the model) and complete rain protection when closed. Integrated gutters carry water safely away, and the extruded aluminum structure stands up to rust and corrosion in the climates of New Jersey and New York.

Yes, you can operate by remote, app, or voice through Google Home and Alexa. Add optional sensors and scene automation, and you can set up preset comfort modes so the right conditions are always one tap or one command away.

Both are possible depending on your space, structure, and design goals. Zoning requirements and restrictions may also dictate whether or not we can attach directly to the home.

Yes, our custom pergola systems can be planned for future upgrades or fully customized from the start. This is something that is discussed early-on during the on-site consultation and can be revisited in the future.

Yes, the frame is engineered for snow loads in New Jersey and New York weather. What may cause trouble is running the louvers while they’re frozen or iced over, not the snow itself. When it comes to winter resilience, StruXure stands apart as the only louvered pergola product globally to achieve International Code Council (ICC) certification. Pergolas certified by the ICC are built to withstand rigorous testing for snow loads, wind resistance, and overall stability.

No. Don’t run the louvers below 45°F, or while there’s snow or ice on them. Operating the motors while the louvers are frozen can damage the louvers, pins, track bar, and motors, and that damage isn’t covered by the warranty.
