Majestic Outdoor has been designing and installing custom outdoor shade for homes and businesses across New Jersey and New York for over 30 years, ensuring that they’re the best in the industry and made from high-quality materials.
Founded in 1994
Our company was founded in 1994, formerly known as Majestic Awning, and began with a single shade product that we continue to manufacture to this day: custom motorized awnings. What started as one small team in Edison, New Jersey, has turned into several install crews, design consultants, staff, and project managers. Today, the same hands-on commitment goes into every project we take on.
Growing with Technology
Since then, the possibilities for an outdoor space have grown and we’ve added product lines as technology has matured throughout the years, such as custom louvered pergolas, motorized screens, integrated lighting and more, all controlled from a smart device. We now design, engineer, and install custom outdoor shade and living systems that create long-lasting memories.
Our Showroom Opening
In April of 2026, we opened our first showroom location in Fairfield, New Jersey, where customers get to experience our full range of outdoor living products up close and gather real-life inspiration for their home. Inside, you can see custom pergola systems, motorized screens, retractable awnings, glass enclosures, accessories, furniture and more.
