It’s important to watch the weather and give your product a light cleaning a few times a year.
Before a storm, high winds, or freezing temperatures, make sure your product is in the right position so it doesn’t get damaged. A quick cleaning before or after each season keeps everything looking good and running smoothly. The care guides above walk you through it for each product.
-
Our products are covered by a warranty, but care and upkeep are your responsibility. Damage from weather, ice, or operating a system in freezing conditions isn’t covered, so following the steps on this page helps protect your coverage.
-
A quick rinse a few times a year works for most things, plus a fuller cleaning each spring and fall. If you have a lot of trees nearby, you may want to do it more often.
-
We recommend against it. A garden hose, mild soap, and a soft brush are gentler on finishes and fabric.
